BitsThese Terms govern the use of BitsHR, the attendance and HR platform provided by BAIG Information Technology Services ("BitsHR", "we", "us"), including the website, web portal and mobile app. By registering a company or using BitsHR, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it ("Customer").
1. Accounts
- Company registrations are reviewed and must be approved by us before use. We may decline a registration.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping passwords safe and for all activity under your company's accounts. Tell us promptly at support@bitshr.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Plans, trial and payment
- Starter (up to 5 users) costs ₹499 per month and Business (up to 20 users) costs ₹999 per month. Larger teams can contact sales@bitshr.in.
- New companies get a free trial of 3 months from approval. After the trial, the monthly subscription applies.
- Prices may change with notice. Unpaid subscriptions may lead to the account being suspended. Billing questions: billing@bitshr.in.
3. Customer responsibilities
- The Customer is responsible for the employee data it enters and for having a lawful basis to collect it, including informing employees and obtaining any consent needed for attendance photos and location at check-in.
- The Customer is responsible for decisions it makes using BitsHR data, such as payroll or disciplinary action.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: misuse or try to break the service or its security; access another company's data; fake attendance, for example by spoofing location; upload unlawful or harmful content; or resell the service without our written permission.
5. Data
The Customer owns its data. We process it only to provide and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Reports can be exported as CSV or Excel at any time while the account is active.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep BitsHR available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
7. Suspension and termination
The Customer may stop using BitsHR at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is unpaid, or puts the service or other users at risk. After closure, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
BitsHR is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees the Customer paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use BitsHR after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
